The product, a rapidly evolving startup, has struggled with team instability, which is reflected in its inconsistent design. Some screens were even missing from Figma. Therefore, my first step was to address these issues to create a cohesive, ready-to-work design file.

As a result of thorough app testing, we've seen notable improvements in the learning curve. Users now spend less time grasping functionality, and there's been a remarkable decrease in the bounce rate. This success is attributed to diligent UX research, ongoing iterations, and user testing sessions.

This included a revamped analytics system, a completely new meal logging interface, and a thoroughly rebuilt onboarding process.
